Yes, Belvedere is compatible with Windows 10 but you will need to install it with an Administrator user to be able to give the software enough permissions to perform its operations.
After you have saved the installation package, right click it and choose Run as Administrator. Afterwards, continue with the normal installation procedure.
I can't find the download for Belvedere 1.0 anywhere so I was wondering if it was indeed legitimate?
